According to the information from the AIAG Quality Summit in Sep 2017, the AIAG-VDA FMEA Harmonization Project is in progress, with aim to reduce the suppliers’ burden to fulfill different customer requirements on Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) approach.
根據來自汽車工業行動組織在2017年9月舉辦的質量論壇的信息,汽車工業行動組織 (AIAG) 和 德國汽車工業協會 (VDA) 正進行一個針對潛在失效模式與後果分析方法 (FMEA) 的協調一致項目,目的是減少供應商在滿足不同的FMEA顧客特定要求上的負擔。

The current development status include 目前的發展現狀包括:

  • Alignment with ISO26262 on definition of “Supplemental FMEA for Monitoring and System Response (MSR)”

The future plan include: 未來計劃包括:

  • The project is currently in the “Build” phase, with expectation to release a draft manual for review (VDA Yellowbook) in Nov 2017.
    這項目正處於“建設”階段,並預計在2017年11月份發佈一份草案 (VDA 黃皮書)。
  • After a 90-day commenting period, the release of publication is targeted for Q2 2018.
  • The effectivity is NOT planned to occur until after the IATF 16949 transition deadline of Sept. 14, 2018.
    按計劃生效期會在IATF 16949 轉換過渡期限2018年9月14日前。

Client actions 客戶行動:

  • To fulfill the requirement for IATF 16949:2016 certification, training and application of FMEA based on existing manuals shall be implemented by the organizations, as applicable.
    為滿足 IATF 16949:2016 認證要求,組織應根據現有手冊實施潛在失效模式與後果分析的培訓和應用,如適用。
