In March 2021, our new customer portal MyDQS goes online at https://mydqs.com/en/. We are taking the next step in the digitalization of our processes and communication channels.

More Transparency for Your Audit Projects with DQS

a)
In MyDQS, you will find details of your site(s), as well as information on your audits and certificates.

b)
One of the highlights of MyDQS is the new features for analytics and reporting.

The appointed company administrator can freely combine locations, audited by any DQS office, into location groups for even more transparency and control over your procedures.

c)
The analytic and reporting tool can be used to analyze and benchmark audit results, such as Non-conformities and Opportunities for Improvement broken down by standard chapters, for locations in your organization.

The analytic data can be downloaded as PDF, CSV or Excel documents for further processing.

d)
Appointed “company-administrators” have the authorization to register or adjust other users and their individual authorizations from their organization. Users can also be authorized individually for more than one location.

e)
MyDQS may be used on computers, smartphones or tablets.

Need Access to MyDQS?

Please contact our CS staff to initiate access for your company. It can be issued to the authorized contact persons for the respective site of your organization with an activation link. “Lost password” function can be used for resetting password, when needed.
